Ok here is the reader digest version of me. I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. I decided to join the Army in 1976 . You will find out that I am not your normal man. If you Google me you will see lots of articles about me even a picture of me on a national magazine the only difference I was 300# at that time. Don’t worry I am now 155 (LOL) I have gone to Culinary School in France, Bartending school, Pasta School and many other culinary Schools I have won many culinary competitions. I was a Chef assigned to the White House during the Ronnie days. I will not tell every thing on one email. But I have done well in Culinary Arts. I was Active Duty Army National Guard from 1976-1983 I took a 21 year break in service. I am Currently A senior Warrant officer in the Army reserve. I have the coolest job I am in charge of all the Food and Bullets in the State so I call it beans and bullets.
