Former police officer, now working security for major defense contractor in York. Divorced twice (they both cheated then left me). Not really interested in getting married again. I like movies, music, reading, and dining out. I like quiet pubs, not loud disco's. I like staying home and cuddling on the couch just as much as going out. I live alone right now, don't really like it much. I miss having someone to come home to. I think I'm pretty easy to get along with, at least that's what my friends tell me. I'm very laid back and patient. The three things I'm most passionate about are: 1. Love. I believe you don't love someone in spite of their faults. When you truly love someone you love everything about them, including their faults. I believe sex is something to be shared and enjoyed by both partners. I get just as much out of satisfying my partner as I do from being satisfied. 2. Music. I love a lot of different kinds of music, from Classical to Classic Rock, from Bach to Zevon. I don't like rap, hip hop, "dance" music or country (with a few exceptions.) I play guitar a little (I want to start taking lessons again and get better), and I love to sing. I used to sing in a trio with some friends who play professionally, and I like to get together with them whenever I can. 3. The 2nd Amendment (Right to Bear Arms). I'm a firm believer in the right of self defense, and I believe a firearm is the best tool, the great Equalizer. I have a PA handgun permit, and go armed where ever I legally can. I'm too old to change, so what you see/read is what you get. Not the best looking, best lover or wealthiest, but totally honest and loyal. Favorite saying: "This above all else, to thy own self be true."
